Log Cabin Camp

Our History

Camp entryCompany History / Profile

Log Cabin Camp, formerly known as Log Cabin Lodge, was started in the 1970s by a small group of men from Creswick and other local towns.

These men had a vision to establish a Christian, non-denominational campsite with a variety of activities that would be available to all kinds of groups but young people in particular.

Initially camps were held during school holidays and were run by these men and other volunteers from local Churches. A Board of Management was set up to oversee the development and use of the campsite.

Today, as a priviately owned accredited camp site with a varied user base; Log Cabin Camp is a rustic bush camp in a unique setting, great food, state of the art activities, friendly staff and happy customers. Please visit us prior to hire to check out this reality.
