About Adekate Camp
Adekate Camp is a rustic, nature-focused camp located in Dean, just minutes from Creswick and 117km from Melbourne CBD. Spread across 130 acres of native bushland, Adekate is perfect for those seeking an immersive nature-based retreat for school groups, clubs, or special interest camps.
The camp accommodates up to 120 people in bunkhouse-style lodgings with split system heating and cooling. Facilities include a dining hall, recreation hall, commercial kitchen, two small meeting rooms, and teacher rooms with ensuites. The site is fully equipped with CCTV and amenities blocks.
Adekate Camp offers a rich selection of team-building and adventure activities such as archery, bird box building, Possum Glide, Leap of Faith, Billy Tea & Damper, and bushwalking trails right on-site.
Ideal for schools and groups that value nature connection and outdoor exploration, Adekate Camp offers a tranquil bush escape with the convenience of modern amenities.
You would be welcome to make a site visit to see our facilities – we’d love to show you around.
We work with each group to design an activity program that suits their preferences and requirements and makes the most of their time on site. We operate on a sole occupancy basis, so your group would be the only ones staying at the Camp.
